Our Work

We've worked with several clients to develop legal basements approved by city councils across the Greater Toronto Area. We've also completed several projects in the Ottawa area. All projects were completed on time and in compliance with the Ontario Building Codes.

Whitby, ON - 2022

Constructed a 2-bedroom basement.

The Client requested the development of a

2-bedroom legal basement completely separated from the main 4-bedroom unit upstairs.

2- Bedroom basement

This is a 2-bedroom basement built in a quiet neighborhood of Ottawa. The basement unit, upon completion, was 1,200 sq. ft. This unit is a completely separate unit from the main 4-bedroom upstairs. To ensure tenants in the basement have easy access, a separate entrance and walkway were constructed.

2- Bedroom basement Construction

This is a 2-bedroom basement built in a town

20 km from downtown Ottawa. Upon completion, the basement unit measured 1,200 sq. ft. This unit is a completely separate unit from the main 4-bedroom upstairs area. To ensure tenants in the basement have easy access, a separate entrance and walkway were constructed.

This is a 2-bedroom basement built in Bowmanville, Calrington, about 70 km from downtown Toronto. Upon completion, the basement unit measured

1,000 sq. ft. This unit is a completely separate unit from the main 4-bedroom upstairs area. To ensure tenants in the basement have easy access, a separate entrance and walkway were constructed.
